Little Angels was registered on 5 April 2001 with the Department of Social Development, Pretoria, as a Non Profit Organisation and has been approved by the South African Revenue Services as a Public Benefit Organisation.
The registration numbers are :

In terms of the above :
Donations to the organisation are tax deductible in the hands of the donor in terms of and subject to the limitations prescribed in Section 18A of the Income Tax Act;
Donations by or to the organisation are exempt from donations tax in terms of section 56(1) (h) of the Income Tax Act;
and
bequests or accruals from the estates of deceased persons in favour of the Public Benefit Organisation are exempt from the payment of estate duty in terms of section 4(h) of the Estate Duty Act, 45 of 1955.
The organisation can only continue with its service to the community with the aid of monetary donations and gifts in kind and we are truly grateful for any assistance that is forthcoming.
Donors are able to help with monetary donations by way of :
- Direct deposits into our current (cheque) account, the details of which are available by email request
- Cheques, money or postal orders made out to LITTLE ANGELS, in any currency and mailed
to our address at : 8 Risi Road, FISH HOEK, 7975, Western Cape, South Africa
- SWIFT Telegraphic Transfers (in any currency) using SWIFT Code NEDSZAJJ
Donors are requested to please notify our Office Manager, JP (Jacques), on +27 21 7854049 by telephone or fax to 0866180458 if a direct deposit, EFT or Swift Telegraphic Transfer is made, so that we are able to reconcile the detail with the transaction appearing on our bank statement, and to ensure that we have the correct details in the event that a Section 18A receipt is required for tax purposes. (We also need contact details so that we can acknowledge the donation).
